COMPUTER CLINIC will not be obligated in any way to entertain any CHANGE OF MIND as in: ,,I DO NOT NEED THIS LAPTOP’’ OR  ,,IT IS NOT UP TO MY EXPECTATION’’ OR ,,I NEED THE MONEY BACK, MIGHT I GIVE YOUR LAPTOP BACK’’ OR ,, THE LAPTOP ITS NOT RUNING THE LATEST SOFTWARE OR GAMES’’… SO ON AND SO FORTH. It is your obligation as a Customer to make sure you buy the right product for your needs! Computer Clinic as a SELLER will provide with all the details. Just ASK!

A 12 AND UP TO 48 MONTHS WARRANTY ITS PROVIDED WITH THIS PRODUCT, STARTING WITH THE DATE OF SALE, AND CAN BE TRASFERED TO THE NEXT OWNER BY SELLING, GIFT OR DONATE IN REPUBLIC OF IRELAND ONLY! ORIGINAL ,,Warranty Certificate Proof of Payment’’ required in order to claim your warranty! IMPORTANT! DO NOT LOSE! NO CERTIFICAT, NO WARRANTY!

 

Buying this product represent a default agreement with these terms and conditions as described already and as follow. Please read carefully!

The Product

​

The *hardware parts of this equipment are fully tested for up-to-date standard functionality, and certified as in working condition, by our engineers, and this is what the warranty certificate will cover! Any modifications or physical damage done to this device will not be covered by the warranty and might void the warranty!

The mandatory *software provided by us is the operating system Windows 10 OEM. Microsoft OFFICE suite will be provided by us free of charge to be used with the laptop, it is not sold with the laptop! The changes done by user in the operating system by installing third party software or modifying the functionality settings within the operating system are not covered by this warranty!

Any malfunction caused the operating system will be covered by the warranty, and this is what the warranty certificate will cover!

 

The Warranty Repairs

The customer has the obligation to notify us about any issues might be with the product sold, within the 12 months period from the date of sale. The warranty applies to the device sold and not to the owner software content/ personal data!

All the warranty investigation/verification/repairs will be performed by Technical X Ltd T/A Computer Clinic registered 55a Manor Place Stoneybatter Dublin7 and not a third party! Not complying with this condition will void the warranty with permanent effect.

For any inconsistencies in functionality, you are entitled to free technical support and hardware remedies/ repairs needed in order to restore functionality to the device.  To avail of this service, you have to visit our warranty centre located at Computer Clinic 55a Manor Place Stoneybatter Dublin7, and follow the standard procedures that will be made available to you there and then, procedures that are subject to terms and conditions! Not complying with this terms and conditions will void the warranty with permanent effect.

…’’If a fault appears within the first six months, it is presumed to have existed at the time of purchase and it is the Computer Clinic who must prove otherwise. You as a Customer do not have to prove it!

If the fault appears after six months, the burden of proof reverses and you the Customer may need to prove that the fault was not the result of normal wear and tear or your own misuse. This may be done by obtaining a report from an independent expert’’… European Consumer Centre (ECC) Ireland https://www.eccireland.ie/

In the event of a fault that might occur with your device, Computer Clinic will be allowed to perform all the procedures and repairs necessary to restore functionality to that device. If Computer Clinic its not able to restore functionality to the device, then the customer its entitled to replacement device. If no suitable replacement available at the time then a full refund will be made! Not complying with this terms and conditions will void the warranty with permanent effect.

Computer Clinic will not provide with parts/software/technical reports in regards to a warranty repair to third parties or to the customer. The device will be repaired and returned in working condition, otherwise replaced or refunded!

 

Data Protection

COMPUTER CLINIC undertakes to comply with all the existing regulations of non-discloser of confidential information's and is committed to preserve all possible data from our customer's devices. However, in the case of severe virus infection or hard drive failure none of the data may be possible to recover.

 

COMPUTER CLINIC cannot be held responsible for loss, alteration or corruption of any data, software, information's and/ or files from the customer computer, storage device or media.

All the data processed during the repair will be stored in COMPUTER CLINIC storage facilities for the time of the repair and for maximum 5 days after collection.

After that period all data will erased from our facilities with permanent effect. COMPUTER CLINIC will not be obligated in any way to entertain any complaint after that.

Any other aspect not covered by this terms and conditions, should be discussed to find an amicable solution between the parties involved!
